Hi, My Name is Luis Diego Sanabria. I am Display and Exhibit Designer / Project Manager with experience in Visual Merchandising, Interior Design, Project Management and Company Branding.
In 2018 I started my own consulting company, Regalium Design and CO., Where I help companies with there creative endeavors such as company identity and branding, designing interiors, establishing healthy project management practices and CRM systems maintenance to elevate the customer experience by adding a sense of discovery, knowledge and confidence in the product being delivered.
Office Manager reporting to Owner and managing director. Spear heading the development of a CRM system, while working with clients to elevate the client experience. Training teams in the use of the CRM system and working with the development team to adapt changes to facilitate work flow.
Additional responsibilities: Overseeing marketing strategies, new space leasing, office layout and inspiration walls designs
Director of Production reporting to owner and Managing Director, establishing and over seeing production guidelines, customer relations and project management. In charge of the design and execution of projects, establishing the brand and it's culture set by the company board. Oversaw all vendor relations, training all reps and clients in product knowledge and building standards.
Visual Merchandising Manager Covering South Florida for both Wholesale and Retail. Monthly floor-set reports to President and SVP/VP’s, along with floor maps including fixture and product placement for store teams and senior management. Working with vendors and installers for Window Exhibitions and training store management teams in VM standards and guidelines
Additional responsibilities: Showroom responsible for Market and VM guideline photoshoots, Twelve store expansion throughout US and ten store openings in Latin America.
Established new Lease and Concession shops in wholesale accounts throughout NY, Seattle and Florida in Nordstrom, Bloomingdales, Macy’s and more. Also worked closely with store design team on new store layout.
Window Display Designer for H&M, 59th Street Store, New York NY. Window Concept Design and Prop production, material sourcing and assembly for bi-weekly window changes. Men’s mannequin stylist.
Additional responsibilities: Showroom Set up twice a year and Runway Show Set up in Propping and Lighting.
